- Annika struggled with asthma, digestive issues and skin issues for years, until eventually breathing and eating became tenuous and she could no longer work. She heard about Dr Joe's books from another author, and she started learning, meditating...and rewiring her brain. A few months later, and she is bringing the knowledge and experience to her work as a high school counselor, with beautiful results.

I have all of her exact symptoms. This video really helped me realize I need to go all in. I've been doing the work but not everyday and not LIVING the work. I would do the meditations and then an hour later get in Facebook and put negativity right back into my body. My focus needs to be on healing, love, and happiness, all day everyday. What I love about this is that she communicates that it is an ongoing process. It’s not a single event of healing. It takes ongoing commitment and practice to stay the person you want to be. I suspect it gets easier as the old person is further in the past. Thank you for every story and testimony. It brings encouragement for those not as skilled in walking in life the same way they feel during the meditation.

Thank you for sharing you beautiful story! I am manifesting going to a week long advanced work shop. I believe going to a weeklong Advance work shop is like the accelerated masters degree from MIT in Dr. Joe's school of practical mysticism. ; )I loved how your authentic gratitude glow was beaming the entire video. Blessing high school kids with this knowledge you are blessing our future. thank you! I am reassured I can begin to heal my body & life at home and enjoy those effects. Then make my way to an event and have a quantum leap by the mega burst of massive amount of energy from all the other attendees.
Kay thank you for your kind words, and yes it is like getting a masters degree or maybe even a PHD. What I forgot to share is that I also manifested going to the advanced workshop by staring to paint and selling my art work. Its already in the field and you too will be able to experience the incredible mysticism and magic that happens at the weeklong. And has continued to happen for me after returning home. Namaste

Love the testimonial. What I'm discovering as I watch these is that you have to go to one of the weeklong events to get healed. I think you could meditate for years at home and nothing would happen to get well. I love Dr Joe and believe in his work but I will never get to one of his events.
Those who dont attend get healed as well.. Some might not have the means to Go and tell their stories on stage, but Ive seen tons of testimonials of people who did before ever going to an event...
not so.... altho many of the testimonials are that, there are others where people did the work and healed.

Definitely not true. Watch these testimonials -- Sansan, Bradley and Nancy. Especially Nancy -- she talked about how she listened to one of the audio books over and over again. She healed by changing her thoughts. By the time she came to workshop, she was out of a wheelchair and walking.

So she went to the Advanced workshop in Toronto?? Or not. She said she didn’t work and then she was working??
I went to the progressive in Toronto while on medical leave, and was able to continue working again then Advanced in Indian Wells which was a 5 day and two years later I went to Portland. I have been able to work each day since coming back from medical leave after the progressive and when I do miss work its usually to take a mental health day to meditate all day and recharge not because I am sick. It has been a truly amazing journey
