The MCU version? Shadow solos the whole team, only Hulk and Thor would hold their own through sheer durability and/or regen. All the others are simply too slow to hope landing a solid hit even if he _couldn't_ teleport and stop time. Scarlet Witch would likely be the most likely to defeat him but she would need to strike first/surprise him to avoid him simply stopping time and dismantling her (as she's not exactly a physical powerhouse or durable) before she can use a spell. Comic versions are another story though. Barring Widow and Hawkeye, all of them are gods compared to their movie version XD
