Just wondering, do you need to pack the food in a bear bag or bear canister when camping there? Is there a shower at the camp site? Reason I'm asking is because the campground's website is saying that their bear hang is damaged (since July 2023), and campers are asked to bring their own bear proof device to store food. Wonder what you guys did.

We live in Chilliwack and our daughter took the dog hiking near Chipmunk last summer.

There were no showers and we stored all food in the car!
