There are multiple ways to turn shnira's pyrokinesis into a nen ability, but i think this is the easiest one.

Shinra should only be able to use his flames from his feet or the flames will explode from the point they are produced. This would allow him to have a powerful restriction, but it won't strip him of his nen should he break the condition. Otherwise the hatsu will just fail horribly
I think his ability would be better as an Emission ability why because if don't transmute it into fire you don't have to protect yourself from the heat and the aura can be used to propell himself like he normally does with flames also in Fire Force the power system is fire so on that lense he has a pretty simple ability
He does use emission to push out the flames but without him being a transmuter they wouldn’t be flames, it would just be him pushing out plain aura

W vid kite you could have made something with a hard discharge of Nen from the feet for the lil fire explosion he can do also if he is close to death or has a lot of adrenaline he gets a lil defense boost to his upper body

I think a pretty good condition is that he can only use his nen ability on the soles of his feet.

If you are using ko to protect yourself you can't use your flames ko is all your aura ryu would be better
Hatsu is a part of Ko, so you can still use the flames
@@KitePlanet that isn't a proper counter argument it doesn't address the main issue I brought up of using ko which is the culmination of all aura to defend yourself from your own expression of aura

@@hoominbeeing Bisky explains this while teaching the technique to Gon and Killua just look at it again she essentially says it is the totality of one's aura
