The amount of respect that I have for Davidustin is unimaginable. I've been watching since his video about "The Truth about Body Bags" and I'm still watching him today. Even though SA is an old game and most people move away from making videos about it since there are other games that would be easy to profit from, David is still dedicated to use all of his time and effort for making more SA videos even of it takes a month or two because what he encountered in the game is just the tip of the iceberg.
Something about the old GTA games just make these creepier. Knowing how long these games have been out and how there's probably mysteries still waiting to be discovered after decades. We'll probably say the same thing about RDR2 in like ten years tho.
Man, please don't stop any time soon. These GTA San Andreas mystery videos are just great (and still spooky.) Grew up watching these with my friends and trying to hunt for them ourselves after watching one of your videos.

The Zombotech Corporation being a hotel as claimed by Jizzy B could be simply a mistake by the developers part, the whole idea may have came after finishing developing the story driven missions and decided to turn this building into a nod to the Resident Evil series.

After all these years of playing SA, I never knew about the underwater gateway trick. Now that is something else I can try out for myself next time I boot up the game.
Those industrial pipes freak me out! Then again, industrial anything freaks me out. I rarely went to them when I played, definitely gonna avoid them next time I do.

About the underwater world, I know on mobile if you drive into the water and close the game and resume, you are underwater but as if you are above water so you can drive and explore. Not sure if it works on any other platforms.

God this game gave me the creeps back in the day. At the time those were great graphics and the map seemed soooo huge. Its still my favorite gta game though.

I've been playing and still playing the game for many years when I'm bored and I finished him a few times with and without codes. And from my experience, not all NPCs die when they go into the water, there are some NPCs that acutally can swim. The NPCs that can swim are the ones who wear a swimmingsuit, and if you drop them or they fall into the water they will swim back to the shore and continue as usual.
Dustin, I love your content and have followed for years, but the fact that people hear references to stuff like water pollution in the game and spend hours searching for secrets related to it instead of realizing that it's simply referencing real issues that were prominent at the time the game takes place in (and continue to be prominent today) disturbs me.

NPCs can spawn under the map in certain spots. You might have seen them falling.
