Thanks. No, not really. it makes it easier when you know that the process works and I actually quite enjoy the challenge of working out who will win. I must admit though that during the first round of slams when I might have 64 matches to get through in each of the first 2 days, I'm glad when I am finished.
Nice one. I've been using that 'activity' tab quite a lot lately. I quite like the AvgX on the right hand side. I don't know if that's average games won/lost by so would be interested to know what you know about those numbers. I just started to measure up past 10 match numbers vs past 50 also which I find especially useful. A couple of observations though. With the regular settings the figures also include the qualifiers and also challenger events. To remove those - which do skew numbers - for non-household names outside top 100, I've been using the advance toggle. It's really nice to have the ability to see how certain players perform a set down also. That's toggle show all that too. I've seen most of your vids a couple of times. Is that your general way of trading? Looking to get in for a large portion of the match or are these the videos you prefer to share? I've been doing in & out trades a break up etc, but I'm finding when all said and done my strike rate is not much higher than 50% so was thinking of going in for the long haul and robbing the prices so to speak, getting out/clearing liability on double my lay odds or adding again at half my original lay odds. I did try this before but always had same liability, which naturally became very expensive with losing trades. would your pick criteria for this type of 'position' trading look for matches you feel will be quite close but with a 'fancy' for one player eventually coming out on top after a few swings?
I don't use the AVGX. To filter out Challengers use the Overview tab and use the filter down at the bottom. As for the strategy you mention, this pre match research is really aimed at finding the winner or for deciding how much of a chance the underdog has.
@@TradeShark OK great. I'm getting reasonable at picking the winner 60% of the time, it's just the executions I am struggling a bit with. Losing my bottle especially when a set and break down. Heartbreaking to close the trade and see them come back into it. I guess Rome wasn't build in a day, eh?
@s s Thanks a lot for the feedback. Much appreciated. I actually have Trading in the Zone & his first book, The Disciplined Trader. I just never had the patience or discipline to sit down and read them! hahaha Will get the Trading 2.0 to add to the bookshelf. Thanks again :)
As I keep telling people, the newer videos will have better sound. I HAVE invested in a better microphone. Use headphones if these vids aren't loud enough for you.
