Absolutely love the penthouse and the fact you can fall out of bed and your on the beach is my idea of the ideal lifestyle. This is one I would choose to live in.
Good luck to all. Hope the funds raised help the veterans. I'd sell it. Take the money and build affordable housing for people like me who are homeless and living in the car etc.
I have been buying tickets for a number of years, this is the best Appartment block that I have seen with the RSL Art union. I love the look of the curved side and no possibility of apartments being built in front, knowing that you will always keep that beach front view. The L shaped pool is nice, I don't think I see anything negative, it would be an amazing prize for anyone.
I am very impressed with Kelly's make-over. She looks great. I absolutely love her styling on this apartment block. Wow! I would be very grateful to accept this prize. Mardi

Amazing apartment complex and interior design of all apartments is very stylish. To win this complex would be amazing. But I must admit, the thought of the running costs, insurance , etc is a little daunting.
The rent collected off of the apartments would easily cover those costs and give you a wage you could live on. Even if you decided to live in the penthouse and rent the others you’d still be fine.

There's no point to buying 1 as there is no gold to go with this. You'll need a chunk of money to maintain this monthly especially at the beach before you sell or rent it. I doubt this would be rented asap
@@Amy_Stanmore Totally agree. As a pensioner who would lose all income with a win in this lottery, I'd need to sell at least one unit immediately. And at the quoted rentals they're unlikely to ever rent out, unless they're thinking of fanciful AirBNB rental rates. Still, a nice problem to have I suppose.

The people who can afford a place like this would find it really bad taste actually. This property stylist is a clown.
Would love to win this, but then realised can't retire in this as I can imagine the cost to maintain this whole apartments building would be so high eg. Body corp, insurance, water and council rates of all 4 would be crazy if you can't rent them out to cover the cost.
if i read it right, the first year is all paid for $70,000 PA...after that all yours...lol i guess rent from other ones would cover costs or sell one of the apartments and you're covered for life...All i can say is, i wouldn't mind winning it, and then let me decide what ill do....lol
Why are you worried about body corp when you own the whole block?
@@asyd2905 I don't know much about body corps, but have been told that in a property like this, it may be possible that you don't own the land, hence you will still have the fees. That may be wrong though! But with up to 5,276,000 tickets for sale, chances are very extremely low on winning this.
