The quality, thoroughness and clarity of your videos is simply amazing. I use them.as examples for other youtubers all the time. The content is excellent too. I have this sharpener and the results have been fairly great thus far.

It works good enough for me but I noticed it takes 50 pulls in one and two to make a knife sharp depending on the knife but don't expect your blade to be really sharp that's not going to happen
Impossible to see the effect of the sharpening if there are no before and after cutting comparisons. Instructional on how to use the appliance but gives no view what so ever on the result.
Problem with these types of grinders is they do not allow for the entire length of the blade to be sharpened. This video shows no work on the last inch or two of the tip and you will not be able to get the heel done on most kitchen knives.
I own one of these and it’s very easy to sharpen the tip, you just need to be observant enough to keep the part of the blade that’s contacting the disc perpendicular to the disc edge. You can get very close to the heel as well, but there are indeed some knives where you can’t sharpen all the way to the tang. Watching her in this video kind of hurt for me tbh

Do you always need to do all stages ? When would you only do stage 2 and 3 ?
