I can't express how much joy your videos give me. So I'll just like the video, leave a loving comment, and patiently wait until the next awesome vlog, thank you Mariano
I've been watching this guy since the beginning, and I honestly think Mariano is the best poker player with a vlog out there. He might not have the production values or the jokes like some others do, but this guy is the next Garrett. Absolute beast, keep up the good work man.
I think it was Brad Owen that said the same thing when he was commentating on Mariano playing at the Lodge the other day. He thinks Mariano is the best player that Vlogs at the minute.
Ah, I was at the Bellagio playing 2/5 when you were there! I wanted to come by and say hi, but it looked like your were pretty focused on your games 😅. Thanks for the great videos!
I really love your analysis of the K9s hand. You took a clever but unorthodox line, but were willing to abandon it when you decided that it wouldn't work. That is rare to see. Thanks for sharing your mindset.
I don't hate the fold with the T9 straight, it wasn't the nut straight & a paired board...it seems kinda nitty but most of the time there you're smoked or chopping.
Literally no other poker vlogger would ever be get that far with k2 let alone make the call on the river and you were actually almost right. Most entertaining Vlogs by far. GOAT VLOGGER KING MARIANO
I’ve been watching since you were playing 1/2 two years ago you have come long way short period of time mad respect my favorite to watch! I don’t get to play much I live through you thank you!
Getting close to 100k buddy! Very happy for you. You have a way of telling the story throughout your session that sets you apart from other vloggers. Keep it up!
Don’t sweat not clogging the big game, Mariano. Continuing to get better will happen at those big games. So concentrate on doing that. Great content as always.
Not a big fan of the running it twice. Especially if the player only asks after they have seen my cards. And you’ll claw that downswing back eventually
Taking it easy of a norther player at a poker table is not what the other players have in mind. I have done it also. In my opinion it costs me. I think your blogs are really good. I am sure that you learn something from every session.
Thank for the Video. Have you ever thought about tracking what positions you lose to? I'm not sure if you keep battling the same people at tables or if maybe you are battling positions with regard to how late they are to act against you ✌🙏
Somehow i like this losing session more than other winning vlogs. Probably cos it makes you more “human” since you’ve departed us mortals when you grew so fast? Hahah. Keep it up Mariano!
The guy bluffing with 43 os was giving off timing tell on the river and sized it too high for a flush on the river. Obviously an overpot is polarized but coupled with the quick bet, it seems bluffy.
As a patron of the channel I will say I'm concerned about the lack of videos being produced. Boo hoo 😢 for my lack of free entertainment, but it's honestly because I think you have a lot of potential to grow your channel and turn it into something life changing for yourself, I'm certain it's changed quite a bit from delivering pizza to now being able to gamble with stacks. I'm just saying don't get too comfortable keep grinding because you have endless potential and opportunity to grow.
I don’t play live a lot so I’m curious, could that Q9 hand be considered a muck? It looked like your cards landed face down. Anyways, I really enjoy the videos, keep up the good work!
No, because he flipped em over in a showdown motion...his lack of dexterity isnt going to cost him a pot. It was obvious and the dealer did exactly what he should have and tabled the cards for him.
Also, playing poker > > > vlogging poker. That camera would be in my backpack so fast... I mean, if I had the skill, guts, and bankroll to play $100/100...
I love your vlogs and look for the latest all the time, but this is the first time I have sensed that you didn't really enjoy playing. I know it's never great to lose, especially as it was after a big night of the same, but I hope you are still enjoying the game and the play. Does it become less enjoyable and more like a 'job', and less fun, when it actually is your job?
@@MarianoPoker The worm will turn! It's sucky that statistically you just have to ride the downturn for a little, but not for long. Thank you so much for sharing the crappy times too, it's important for people who are thinking about taking on the poker scene and to let everyone know the emotional highs and lows that you have to endure to play at this level. You are a lovely person who handles everything with such grace. Keep doing what you love, when you feel like doing it and thank you again for allowing us to share that with you and hopefully give a little support in the rough times. xo
Good call going to the private game! Bummer on the loss but I think choosing to live your life over being a slave to your RUclips channel is always a good call 👌
I’m probably 3/10 on those X-high calls. It would be 5/10 if people didn’t bluff with bottom pair, and sometimes they have a better X-high than me. Yeah, not worth it haha
i don't think you 'butchered' the K9s hand ... i find that 'less experienced' players often confuse with unconventional betting and calling but also if your opponent was actually 'more seasoned' his line with 88 makes sense ... you are obviously not playing with scared money so to me that first hand didn't seem too unreasonable
Depends on your style of play. The more passive you are, the lower variance you’ll have, the less you need in your bankroll, the more LAG you are, the higher variance. Generally people say 3k bb to be safe, but if you’re winning at 10-15bb/h, you may only need 2k bb This makes it only 3% chance to bust for the average winning player.
You need way more than 2-3k bb…if this is your profession, you want at least 3-6 months living costs plus 50-100 buy ins depending on the variance you are willing to risk. So an aggressive bankroll management strat for that game would be like $500k plus 3 months living costs and that’s assuming there is not a consistent straddle to $200 which I bet is actually almost always on. That game is massive. My guess is Mariano has either a huge roll and/or has someone buying a piece of his action when he plays in those huge games in Bobby’s room or like on the Hustler Live stream.
I can't express how much joy your videos give me. So I'll just like the video, leave a loving comment, and patiently wait until the next awesome vlog, thank you Mariano

Don't know what you were taking, but have you got any spare?

@@1xMenace Garrett's the best cash game player in LA imho. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

Agree with "GOAT blogger" but "actually almost right " is worthless in poker. Also he loses to KQ KJ KT here so unfortunately hand was played poorly.
Damn, King Mariano? Blow the guy already
"Almost right" 😁

GOTTA be a big one. Looooong time comin
Would love to hear what your bankroll is if you’re able to play 100/100 no limit. Always like to hear how different players manage their bankroll.
I literally get excited when I see mariano has I new video out!

Love to watch you play. Always looking forward to the next vlog.
You really tried to pay homage to your boy Rampage on that first hand 😂😂😂
Definitely seemed off your best game this episode which is bound to happen as often as your playing bigger stakes poker
I agree, a bit too much fancy play syndrome, but what do I know, I play 1/2.
Seems like it could be a result of dropping down in stakes. But again, what do I know? I'm a former 1/2 and current 0/0 player.
Mariano, that first hand did not seem embarrassing to me. I think you're going with your instincts, which is smart. No shame in that.
Taking it easy of a norther player at a poker table is not what the other players have in mind. I have done it also. In my opinion it costs me. I think your blogs are really good. I am sure that you learn something from every session.
Another banger from Mariano. You never disappoint.
Mariano best Poker vlog music by far!!!
Thank you sir, I agree 🤷🏻♂️

Good luck on the streams Mariano your a really good player so I am sure you'll rebound nicely!
Nice hand with KQo! Went Ivey mode on that one.
too nice with running it twice 11:14 ...she saw your cards and then wanted a second chance?
I was happy she got to chop with 10's .. love your channel.
Love your volgs man keep em coming!!!
Mariano keep it 💯 that boy been wining he don’t vlog more 😆😆 I don’t blame you
🤣 4:14, did anyone else think the other player was going to win with 7,2?

Always rooting for you.
Finally rocking a timepiece more suited to a man in your position ;)
Great instincts on the last hand

Lol well said after the fact
Awesome something worth watching today
Keep up the good work Mariano!!
Love your content KEEP IT UP
Thanks Mariano. I wish I won my embarrassing hands! Ha! Nope. It's always a punt.
That 32 opponent hand was brutal
I'm surprised they didn't let you vlog the private Bobby's Rm game. I know Lynn has been able to in the past, but I guess every game is different.
Love ur videos dude, ojala algún día te conozca;)

Hey bro, thinking on going there for some a month next year, where is the best place to stay for cheap? Rent an airbnb?
A few FIGO spots there. Time to bring it back?
why didn't you raise the turn when you had the straight and there were two flush draws
Nice watch!
This lady shipping with 1010 on the turn. Jeez what a dream.

We all make mistakes,as long as we learn from it😊
It would be cool to see your performance ($) over the course of the year. At least for all us data geeks… 🤔
How much bankroll do you need to play 100/100 in Bobby’s room
A lot of the poker gurus have said need 2000 bbs for whatever stakes

5:00 why wouldn’t you raise with the straight on the turn multi way?
It doesn't make sense to raise
