I don't understand how all these ASMRtists who spend their life eating metric tonnes of chocolate and sweets stay so slim when I walk past a cake shop and put on a kilo.

Some do omad, some spit it out after, some only do these once or twice a week and it like a rabbit on the off days.. some are just blessed to not gain weight

Loved this video vic! Especially the q&a! I feel like as a longtime viewer I already knew a couple of these things but it makes sense to explain it to people who may not understand or are new. I dont do OMAD per se, I usually eat two big meals. People don't understand that you don't have to eat 6 small meals to be able to function lol

Happy new year! Chocolate desserts video are always amazing, never gets old 😆. On a serious note though, I understand the one meal a day thing cause I sorta do the same thing too, but think it would be beneficial to mix in other foods maybe like proteins or vegetables. I would love to eat desserts all day, everyday too but health reasons yk 😢. Thank you for the video & can’t wait to see you do videos with your bro

I come for the dessert videos only they are my favorite....and as for the QA questions I found it very nice that you are caring for a stray cat. We have a neighbors cat that use to spend lots of time at our house had to stop letting him in tho because our German shepherd was just too pushy with him. So I made a warming box for the winter for him on our front porch.

Before that I was so strict with everything, I didn´t even have cravings anymore... Now after my last exam, my mum wants to take me home, but I don´t wanna go, I have zero self control at home... maybe I just go for 2 days and then head back...
