Chloe came to Seoul Guide Medical wanting to have face contouring surgery as well as rhinoplasty. Chloe underwent zygoma reduction (cheekbone reduction), square jaw surgery (mandible jaw reduction), Vline surgery (chin shaping) and rhinoplasty. She was seen by Gini Plastic Surgery nose specialist, as well as the clinic's facial contouring specialist. Gini Plastic Surgery is located in at Gangnam Station and has plastic surgery and skin care departments. Chloe requested a more natural look instead of a deeply contoured Vline. The after photos and videos were taken 1.5 months after the procedure and although there is still a lot of swelling, especially on the nose, the results are looking excellent. Full healing takes between 6-12 months normally. Chloe slept in the clinic overnight along with nursing staff from GenieN Plastic Surgery and staff from Seoul Guide Medical. The next day she went home to rest and came in for regular check-up sessions over the next 2 weeks.
Medical tourism patients in Korea can have procedures like rhinoplasty (septoplasty as well), zygoma reduction, jaw reduction and Vline surgery but it is important you are here for long enough. We suggest that for jaw procedures you give yourself 10-14 days in Korea. Rhinoplasty normally needs 7 full days in Korea. I think this is the first time I've seen a result THIS natural looking! You kept the angles in her face, but made them more delicate. She still looks like herself, and not like an egg shaped plastic doll, like a lot of others turn out. Gorgeous results, and I can tell she seems so satisfied with it too. I wouldn't be able to tell whether or not she got anything done, honestly. It looks that proportional and seemless.

The results really fit her body very well. She is quite tall so going smaller than that would look a bit unnatural which is what she wanted to avoid.

I saw the mask on the chin concept she mentioned when I was in Seoul. One of my friends does it so I can see how not having to do that would make her life better.
Yeah, there are some people that feel self conscious about have the big jaw look and so they wear the mask, get Botox injections on the jaw etc. For those who have tried that are not happy then surgery is the next option.

Just like anything invasive, there will be some level of discomfort. As long as you regularly take your painkillers and follow your surgeon's instructions you there should not be a massive amount of pain :)

Does it painful?
Yes
It is a difficult process on the patient side. Procedures like Rhinoplasty aren't really painful afterwards just uncomfortable. Jaw procedures are very uncomfortable and there is some pain after surgery. In this case, the old saying applies, No Pain, No Gain.

I did this surgury but doctor removed alot fat cells from my face .. I'm so sad .. I hope my body reproduce fat cells in my face again 😔
Where did you do the surgery? In Chloe's case we didn't remove fat cells. Fat is sometimes removed via buccal fat removal from the inside of the cheek in cases where the cheeks are too big or sag based on fat not bone. But you have to be very careful because buccal fat removal is not suited for everyone. Remember that once you get older, you loose fat in your face. So although it may seem big now, you will more or less grow into it. That is always on a case by case basis.
