The Vancouver housing market is still extremely hot with high demand and low inventory. In this video, we will look at the real estate market in the Tri-Cities (Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Anmore and Belcarra) and look at the most expensive and the most affordable homes in condos, townhouses and houses in the area. I hope to bring awareness to the housing affordability with these videos.
In this geographical area, it will include real estate transactions from College Park, Burquitlam, Como Lake, Maillardville, Austin Heights, Harbour Chines, Westwood Plateau, Burke Mountain, Riverside, Citadel and more.
