    Very comprehensive for 11 minutes. Making note of the distinction between Conventional current and Electron current was important as well. Keep up the good work.

    When batteries are in parallel, how can current increase without any change in voltage? I found this on a website.
    In general when Batteries are connected in parallel, the voltage remains the same while the current gets divided between the two batteries and so the runtime will increase.

    so when you have to convert From Kv to V you multiply the value by thousand and when you have Mv and you need to convert it to V you divide it by thousand

    so in that example with the 23v and 12v could we assume that were charging something since its flowing from a higher voltage source to a lower voltage source

    The resistor affects the voltage of the wire before it? Like if the source is 12V and it has a wire coming out that is 1 inch long and then a resistor and then on the other side of the resistor it's now 8V after the voltage loss, does the 1 inch wire before the resistor also only have 4V instead of 12V? That's weird, if so.

    What is CONVENTIONAL FLOW? If electrons make up all electricity in circuits? You say conventional flow is + to -, which is caused by what since electrons flow from - and + and electrons make up all currents in circuits.

    If current flows towards positive then how in these examples it is flowing from higher potential to lower potential?

      it is not, as you observed. Conventional flow High to Low is used for discussion
      but in reality it is as you noted. incidentally the math comes out the same for both directions.

    I1+i2+i3=13
    V/r1+v/r2+v/r3=13
    So v=24
    I1= 4
    I2 =3
    I3=8

    5:02 why did you subtract 12 from 23 ? Instead of subtracting 23 from 12 ? So that the answer can be -11 ??
    Since the formula fot delta V is VA-VB And not VB-VA??
    Any one have an idea?

    If voltage is the difference in voltage between 2 points, how come each point (A and B) have their own voltage? I mean which would be the other point to compare for each case? If anyone is kind enouth to reply this.. thanks in advance!

      They each don't have voltage, they rather have different potential energy. The difference in their potential is what we call voltage.

      The voltage you are talking about in point A and B is not voltage ,it is known as potential ,as potential is defined for a point in case of electrical circuits .so at point A and B ,A and B have their potential, and the difference between potential points is called as voltage , clear ??

    Why did you subtract A-B in the first example but B-A in the second? Is voltage always going to go from highest to lowest?

      It's because the points that are A and B are arbitrary labels that he made for the purpose of explaining. The voltage will always go from high to low.

    Also, in the textbooks referred in the last frame of video i you will find descriptions of the operation of resistors, capacitors and inductors using this approach which makes it easier to understand.
    There are also chapters in the textbook references which explain Voltage.

    I think you meant energy when you where referring to joule , not work,
