The Neptuno boots are the comfiest NewRocks, mine are the older style where the sole is completely flat (no "heel" like on yours) and the emblems are all metal. I also have a style similar to Reactors (but with a slightly higher heel) that are comfortable, but I'd recommend putting soles in them, because the inside soles are quite hard and firm, and for me, anyway, that causes lower back aches after a while. :)
I have had New Rock Hessians since 2002 and they are still like new with the exception of maybe some slight rusting on the inner heel. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear and they do feel quite tight at the end of the day, and have always been really hard to get on for some reason. I also got the 8" Cocked boots some years ago, and while I have only worn them a few times, I'd been eyeballing them for years, and couldn't pass them up when I saw them on sale for $250! The tongue has some strange texture to it, which chewed up the front of my calves the first time I wore them, and I had bloody abrasions at the end of the day. I think the Neptunos will be a perfect addition to my collection, kind of like the lovechild of the Cocked and Hessian.

I live in the U.S. so naturally nowhere here sells them I would have to order directly from the company in the U.K. and they are just a bit out of my price range. One day though i will have them! I like the more basic style you got they are definitely a must.

The New Rocks (M309) are shoe size 40 / UK 7: she tried to measure them from the inside and came up with around 25cm. According to New Rock, a 40 will fit a foot size of 25.6cm to 26.3cm. Do the shoes fit me? How do these types of New Rocks turn out, smaller or larger?
2 days ago i've received my first new rock shoes ; i ordered a vintage flower negro Pisa style. It's really cool and confortable but mines are really a bit large for my feet my size is 39.Anyways thanks for the post your boots looks very well on you !
+Sarah Boutwell Yes they do :) I wasn't sure what I got, because the site I bought mine from didn't specify at the time. I am 99% sure that I have Vegan leather ones, as they look different on the inside in comparison to my partners old ones, which were real leather.
