  • សាឡាត់សាច់គោ - Anchovy Steak Salad Ingredients:
    Endive Lettuce: 1 bunch (1-1.5 lbs.)
    Onion (red/white): 1x
    Bell Pepper (red/green): 1x
    Jalapeño: 1-2x
    Radish: 1 bunch
    *Beef: ~2 lbs.
    Dressing:
    Chopped Garlic: 2 tbsp.
    Anchovies: 2 cans
    Olive Oil (from anchovy cans): 2 cans
    Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp.
    Sugar: 2 heaping tbsp.
    Water: 4 tbsp.
    Lime Juice: 2.5 tbsp.
    *For beef, you can use tri-tip, top sirloin, short rib, or filet mignon.

    LOOK SO yummy BUT I can't eat beef SO I'LL try chicken and pork

    Hi Ming/Homme.. I would liked to know where you got your anchovy dressing recipe from? My family makes it the almost same way(minus the red onion and jalapeños) and we know of no other family that makes it take way too. Not even on the internet.

      My husband and I created this recipe ourselves, because Khmer Pra hok smell too strong.
      Every recipes I documented & uploaded to RUclips are the ones I created for my family to enjoy and share with everyone, because every time I brought food to the temple people always ask me how to make it .
