Mithrix made his constructs to be mindless soldiers: they might not be able to think, but he 'coded' them to act a certain way so they don't have to, and they're damn strong for it. Soul is very volatile and unpredictable - the Soul (Providence) versions of Mithrix's creations are some of the basic enemies we fight, i.e the golems and the wisps.

i did some testing and its incredibly awkward to do since mithrix is large and has collision which means you sort of push voidlings body away from yourself making it incredibly difficult to hit him with lunar sledge or lunar swipe so unfortunately i dont think ill make a video on that but maybe with a ranged character ill do it

It’s from the new survivors of the void dlc they released recently, you can reach this boss by going to the void fields in the lunar portal or after defeating mithrix go back past the airship and to the place you spawned where you will see a frog, after giving the frog about 20 lunar coins the portal will open
@@soulknight5190 just kinda following up with extra things. It’s also possible to get there from void fields, or from stage 6+ it has a chance of spawning a void portal. There’s also the chance for it to be in a lunar seer but I have yet to witness that.
Technically the voidling finishes mithrax every time you defeat him like how they ( being void-weavers) take mithrax’s body what seems to somewhat still be alive, the moon and you with your ship if you don’t make your way off of the seemingly unstable rock

what? mithrix did not contain voidling in the planeterium, nor is voidling created by Providence the voidling isnt even contained in the planeterium(Cell V), it teleports there at the start of the fight

I think it's just the developer console you can access through typing a certain command. It's what hopoo uses to test their monsters and stuff. Each monster/boss is designed to have a maximum of 1 primary, 1 secondary, a utility and a special skill allowing them to be played just like regular survivors. I don't know how to use the console but there are guides explaining it if you wanna try it yourself.
I think the test was quite bad. You leveled up and you also are superior to an AI. I think it would've been much more efficient if you were lvl 1 (any) character that would've been infinitely invisible and outside of the ring, also had Voidling as a teammate, therefore it being an AI vs AI fight
I don't think the Voidling is going to reach the escape pod in time...
