wish i had the money for this i got a 1660ti i7 9700f and etc, very good guide thoe i learned if i ever got money ill be ready to make one i learn alot from this
We all start somewhere! Definitely took me awhile to throw this all together. Just keep your head up and keep saving and you'll have enough for a build like this before you know it!
Built mine a good while ago now, using the founders edition 3070 Ti and 11400, yours looks great! Did a bit of an undervolt on my 3070 Ti, with a custom fan curve, runs cool and quiet after that
It's hard to put a percentage to it but it's absolutely outclasses the M16 while being whisper quiet. It is a full powered 4080 Super after all vs a laptop lol
tbh ive never thought about the grounding bit....i have seen people with long wires attached to their wrists and i was always confused .....but yea idk, im building this EXACT same pc and idk if im gonna be grounding myself ....i am kinda concerned cause my flooring is made of carpets sooo....should i?
I've got a background in electronics maintenance which is why I mentioned it. I built my PC on hard floor with no esd strap and was fine. For carpet just to have a warm and fuzzy I'd wear some Crocs or something just to be sure lol
@@doctordunkans8254 The PC has been absolutely excellent. I have had a few hiccups with RAM and DOCP but those wrinkles are mostly ironed out now. Temps are low and frames are high lol
@@doctordunkans8254 Every once in awhile upon boot it goes straight into BIOS. I think this is because i enabled DOCP for 6000mhz before installing the most up to date BIOS drivers which I heard can cause issues like this.
i love the names you give for each part 😆
I'll figure them out one day hopefully! Haha
Good part's selection!!!😊
I might have to try this build maybe in a year or 2 coming from a intel nuc extreme 11 with a 3060ti.

I appreciate the comment! Mine hasn't gone above 65C during gaming and is whisper quiet so I haven't felt the need to undervolt just yet
@@StevenMakesVids Ahh that's awesome! My GPU would get pretty hot in gaming
Im thinking of using the same build, I would also like a smaller gaming PC, appreciate the video
It's been an awesome little powerhouse so far I highly recommend it!
so im looking to build the same build but i will play on 4k rez, did you test it how does perform on 4k, Is it gonna overheat ?
No my build never goes above 65C. I believe that may have a lot to do with the ambient temperature of your room though. Mine is always about 71F.
hey just wondering where u used the cm12vhpwr 90degree cable? looking to do the exact same build but confused on the GPU installation
I ended up getting a custom cable from cooler master I highly recommend it. What're you confused on with GPU instillation?
Hi, is the water cooling already filled with cooling liquid? Might be a dumb question but im asking anyway.
No dumb questions when building a PC! It comes filled with liquid 👍🏼
How much of an improvement do you have on your new build compared to your M16 laptop?
It's hard to put a percentage to it but it's absolutely outclasses the M16 while being whisper quiet. It is a full powered 4080 Super after all vs a laptop lol
hey, curious question, do you know how much the entire build weights?
I haven't weighed it but if I had to guess about 25lbs lol
What monitor you are using?
HP omen 27i. I have a video of it on my channel. Looking into some oleds now though!

@@StevenMakesVids hiccups? were they not working properly? did you not install the proper software or smthn?
