Played LORD all the time growing up. Absolutely loved that game, and it definitely set me up to love fantasy role-playing games for the rest of my life. Once BBS's phased out, I started playing MUDS, settling in on AVATAR MUD - which is still running until this day!

LORD is great and something I've been looking at installing. Just haven't yet! Want to register it but the website where you buy it is rather sketchy. Waiting on the guy to get back to me on my email.

Yep.. That is my favorite of the John Daily Games. TAL is also pretty cool looking but that ANSI Art Falcon is just awesome!
