Hi.. Sir Exam lo through mgf Anni adugutheney Mgf dwara moments find chayala Leda... Normal ga explain moments of so and soon... Anni adigina Mgf dwara kuda find cheyacha???
Good question If question is asked to calculate moments through mgf, then we should calculate through mgf only. If question is calculate moments, then we can calculate by using direct method or by using mgf also.
Hi Your channel is very helpful to me but there is question the f(x) of Geometric dist is p(x)=q^x-1*p and mean of Geometric dist is 1/p ? Is i am right
Hope your channel will be viral someday!
Thank you so much
Understood very clearly sir. Thank you so much.
Welcome
Thank you so much sir.
Your detailed explanation helped me a lot 🙏 ❤
Super class sir thank you 🙏
Welcome
Sir your explanation is very good❤👍
Thank you

@@jogiraju3826 thank u so much sir
Wow. Thank you so much
@@Angie-tw5yj welcome
Thankyou sir
Sir can u plz explain central moments too in geometric distribution
He has taken wrong p(x) its q^x-1 not q^x take it q^x-1 you'll get correct mean that is 1/p
exactly
Sir, pq(1+2q+3q+......)=pq(1-q)^-2
Ela vachindho cheppandi sir
The formula of (1-x)^-2 = 1+2x+3x^2+ ......
Ww mjinga bna😂
Thank you sir
Welcome
Can you pls next time upload the video in Hindi pls sir ,thank u
Hindi not known
It is 1/p ??? Refer Sheldon and rose
Ok I refer this and again I discuss with you

This is the standard version I have followed and you can verify with Fundamentals of mathematical Statistics By SC Gupta and V K Kapoor
Negative geometric distribution cheppandhi sir
I don't have any idea in this topic
Practorial what
But sir mean is 1/p ?
It's q/p
@@jogiraju3826 refer Sheldon and rose page 156 8th edition...it is 1/p
I didn't understand that expansion step ...you tell it too fast ..so sad..now i have to cram it
So sorry, but see once again
You understand definitely, do again. This is only formula of success
@@jogiraju3826 till I don't understand...how it is (1-q)^(-2)
@@BaljitSaini-o1g it is formula of (1-x)^2
Bane chepthanaru koncham detailed ga cheppandi sir
Ok
Ok
This is quite wrong sir, the distribution was not chosen rightly. The answer is supposed to be 1/p
As per the indian text books I am following. My knowledge is upto this level only
mean is completely wrong ! it's 1\p
