Hey there, appreciate you checking in. A lot of life stuff has been going on, my wife and I are separated and likely divorcing, I'm moving into a new home. So I've been taking a break from the game and taking care of things. I plan on being back soon and will make new content for Dragonflight :)
Double check to check if you researched the correct understandings in the cypher console system on your alt as well. I just tested this with my alt and once those understandings in the cypher system were researched the quest was there.

I got this quest on one character however I can't get the quest for my alt who got all of the cyphers filled but no quest so what do I do?

@@Moltenmagegaming yep I messed up but now the quests call for 3 people and I’m solo so it will never get done😭
