Educational comment for the Wesker players: 22:30 I believe D3AD could've bodyblocked the window with the first Bound and hit the suvivor with a normal m1. With that he'd save one Bound charge so he could quickly double Bound to the Kate before the made it to shack.
I don't think that was intentional. To be fair, while D3AD does get his fair share of hackers and snipers, it seems Otz can't go 2 games without a hacker these days. He gets harassed by far more than any other streamer.

My wesker build idea is: agitation, pain resonance, pop, and surveillance. I pick up a survivor reach scourge hooks faster and more consistently than normal with agi, surveillance shows me the aura of the gen I hit with pain res, I run to it and pop it if it goes yellow. If surveillance isn't needed then i would swap it for starstruck since It pairs great with agi on wesker. Bigger terror radius while carry and faster to reach someone who's nearby while carrying. Without surveillance I'd probably swap pop with gift of pain
