there's a story behind this song The record owner, Alan McGee, asked Noel to write a song for B-side, a song supposed to be fill ups for a single, a side track, and he brought this. Alan got so impressed about this song, and asked Noel to make this song as its own single. But Noel said No to that "I told you to write B-side" "So I did" "But this is too good" "Yeah, I don't write shits"
The vis is inspired by J,S, Lowery, The self taught 'Naive' painter who was a rent collector in the slums of Salford, Manchester, at the turn of the last century, and on his days off documented the town in this 'Matchstick men' style.
Hope you react to Slide Away or Stand by Me too. Noel it's the one who sings this song, if you want to listen some song where they both sing you should listen to Let There be Love or Acquiesce.
@@DuaneReacts you're welcome bro! Also, you should check the studio versions of the songs first, since the videoclip versions sometimes are shorter. But you decide, of course.
Falling Down, The Importance of Being Idle and Little By Little are great Oasis songs sung by Noel. Sad Song, Talk Tonight and Half the World Away are also 3 of his best acoustic songs.
I highly recommend 'Rockin' Chair by Oasis. Another brilliant B-side ( Roll With It single) song. This is one of the Liam Gallagher's best vocals. I also recommend Stop Crying Your Heart Out & Don't Go Away. Thank you!
First time I heard this song was on the There and Then video. Took me a few years to find it on CD since it was a freaking B side which were hard to find in the states back in the 90’s.
Love it! 🔥 I recommend “I Can’t Stop Loving You”. Elvis didn’t use a playlist and called out to his musicians each song individually. This time he called out “Release Me”, but they started the wrong song. Elvis’s reaction is too fun, and he’s such a professional that he didn’t miss a beat. His smile during this one charms the hell out of me. ruclips.net/video/LNtP5Gd8QGE/видео.html
If you want to do some unpopular, but really amazing Oasis songs, the give these a chance' Ilders dream (I got) the fever Roll it over Who put the weight of the world on my shoulders? These four songs are beautiful songs!
Yep, Noel singing and writing all the tunes. He’s a brilliant songwriter. I don’t know of any other successful bands where one guy writes every note and every lyric. U need to check out the live versions of these songs. Oasis was better live in the 90’s and that’s a testament to how good they were. Fun to watch u react and understand why we love Oasis so much. Their songs meant something. They had attitude and something to say.
I have, some are on my main channel DuaneTV too but all new reactions going forward will be on this channel, im going to make a playlist soon for the different artists/bands i react to so it’s easier to find them
Never heard this one - thanks Duane, and Liam actually walks like that! 🤣 Vid style is based on the paintings of Lowrie, who painted town scenes with people in areas that the Gallaghers would know - nerdy, sorry!
They never really broke America, despite multiple attempts. You should check out the live version of this and also Acquiesce, Wonderwall, Don't Look Back in Anger. Pretty much the entirety of Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory Albums. This is Oasis at their finest, at the time where Liam thought he was John Lennon reincarnated. He styled himself on Lennon and Ian Brown. Ian Brown inspired Liam's walk. Noel is more like Paul Wellar & The Style Council. The greatest Rock n' Roll band since the Beatles.
One of their finest songs.
Agreed!

And in later interviews he states that he was an idiot and that the Masterplan was his masterpiece
Its Noel Singing.
love that this guy understands oasis so cool man keep it up
What a band they were. Up there with their best songs this one
So glad your on this journey.
And this was a b side! Was blessed to grow up with Oasis! Love that band!!
They are amazing
Facts bro!!
no it was from The Masterplan Album that was mostly B-sides.
@steveburton3797 it was the b side to wonderwall. It was then put on the masterplan album years later
Love the way you impersonated the walk! 😂 That is actually how Liam walks 😂 and it's always been noted in different ways through the years 😂❤👏

Thank you for that I had no idea 🙏🏽
Whole video is like Yellow Submarine meets L.S. Lowry's paintings.
Worth a trip to the Lowry museum where they have many of the paintings used in this video.
Yessir Duane! Lets Go! Thanks for the shout Homie.
I got you homie! Thank you!
Hope you react to Slide Away or Stand by Me too.

The difference between Noel and Liam Gallagher is Noel sings to you Liam sings at you.
this was song 4 !!! on the B-Side of the Wonderwall single. I bought it when I was 15. I listened to Wonderwall but fell in love with The Masterplan.
I think the artwork was in the style of LS Lowry who painted scenes from Manchester where these boys are from.

If you like this you'll love All Around the World. Very similar video and song with Liam on vocals.
Do Acquiesce, Slide Away and Champagne Supernova and Don’t look back in anger..
I’ll check those out!
If you are gonna do Acquiesce then do it live at Maine Road!
I highly recommend 'Rockin' Chair by Oasis. Another brilliant B-side ( Roll With It single) song. This is one of the Liam Gallagher's best vocals.

Definitely Noel. And, that is how Liam walks, pure swagger, he was the OG
I remember buying this B side! Turned out to be one of my oasis favourites! If you want another Noel singing song, do 'talk tonight'
Talk Tonights, also Noel, so good
This has to be up there as one of the greatest B sides ever written. It was on the Wonderwall single and I prefer this much more
First time I heard this song was on the There and Then video. Took me a few years to find it on CD since it was a freaking B side which were hard to find in the states back in the 90’s.
Noel singing, Liam walking.
Love it! 🔥

He walks like that because, well...he walks like that 😂
😂
Yes its Noel singing ❤
Best b-side/non album song ever
Beatles vibes big influence on them
This is how a lot of ppl walk in Lancashire. I know cause i live here..its a kinda cocksure dont f with me type walk
Liam does walk like that irl 💀
You need to react to Don't Look Back in Anger - Amazing!
the reason they made Liam walk like that in the video is because... LIAM WALKS LIKE THAT. At least he used to in the 90's.
That’s funny 😂 I’ve gotta find some real videos of it I love it

Conner McGregor has a Liam walk.
The vocals aren't Liam, but the swagger walk is
For more of noel, check out his band noel Gallaghers High flying birds. Decent
Connor Mcgregor walks like this😆
We actually have ‘Where’s Wally?’ In Britain, not Waldo. I get what you mean though 😊
This is Noel, a b side, so good
Have you reacted to other oasis songs on your channel.
I have, some are on my main channel DuaneTV too but all new reactions going forward will be on this channel, im going to make a playlist soon for the different artists/bands i react to so it’s easier to find them
It's Noel and that is how Liam walks lol

Does he really? 😂 I love it
Noel Gallagher is a genius✌️🏴
Have you reacted to some older arctic monkeys?
