LOVE the format of this video! So motivating to see all your sales! Thanks for all your information, you provide so much education and you are so efficient! AND just when I thought you were finished, you pulled out ANOTHER bag of sales! ❤
It depends on the shipping weight. If it's light enough to be under a pound, I put shoes in a bag, but if it's something heavier than a pound, I mail it in the box.
I think mailers are fine - as long as you protect the heels if they are heels - I was just watching this and shipping also and have used mailers more now and glad to see you doing the same. :)
I always use poly mailers for shoes, however the poly needs to be durable and not a flimsy brand. Also, I make sure there's plenty of fill inside the box to protect shoes from moving around and damaging. Polys are very inexpensive and so much easier in my opinion.
I had someone complain about mailing shoes on a mailer instead of a box… she also left me about review because of that 🙄. I still do it if it’s sandals like keen or Teva’s.
And if they don’t they’re not a waste of time to list because you can almost always get over 20 for those depending on the condition. Worst case around 15
The one with smiley faces on it? If so it’s Shipping Hip! There is a link in the description of this video or you can just go to their site and use code GINGER15 at checkout!
Love your channel❤ Question, I want to sell on eBay but I'm scared 😂 I'm so use to Poshmarks way shipping, can I use USPS boxes or mailers to ship? Thanks in advance ❤
So when I said the gross dollar amount that included the amount of shopping the buyers paid so when I said minus $200 something it was basically just subtracting what they paid from the gross amount.
Nice video. What do you think the average cost of good for this particular 57 items and average profit for this group as well? I know results not typical. Just want some inspiration 😊
Essentially zero. We do not accept returns. I would say out of 9K sales on eBay less than 9 so like one per thousand I have had someone lie to get a return. And probably 1 per thousand where I made an error in the listing and accepted the return or just refunded buyer.

Cathy- you are amazing
You can also just show the QR code to the post office clerk and they'll print the label for you.
Love your videos❤
I love your ship with me videos! Thanks for taking the time to do this ❤
Great job Kathy! Keep them coming 😊
I think mailers are fine for shoes but i prefer padded mailers. I worry about the bag ripping or something.
I had someone complain about mailing shoes on a mailer instead of a box… she also left me about review because of that 🙄. I still do it if it’s sandals like keen or Teva’s.
I love the shop a long videos. And of course you can ship priority items in cute poly mailers. I utilize priority stickers on packages like this.
Love your what sold videos.
I think boxes or at least bubble around the shoes is the best
Nested bean swaddles and love to dream swaddles they might be more likely to take

You can use the USPS mailers and boxes for eBay but only if you ship with priority mail.
I’m not a reseller just love to watch your videos. I’m curious. If customers pay shipping why is there a shipping cost over $200 for you?
So when I said the gross dollar amount that included the amount of shopping the buyers paid so when I said minus $200 something it was basically just subtracting what they paid from the gross amount.
Approx how many items do you have listed at all times?
Currently 1700. Since the beginning of us doing RUclips at least 1000 always.
Nice video. What do you think the average cost of good for this particular 57 items and average profit for this group as well? I know results not typical. Just want some inspiration 😊
Cathy did a full breakdown of cost of goods/profit at the end!
Thank you. I did write this question midway thru the video. I will watch to the very end. Thanks 😊
What is your return rate?
Essentially zero. We do not accept returns. I would say out of 9K sales on eBay less than 9 so like one per thousand I have had someone lie to get a return. And probably 1 per thousand where I made an error in the listing and accepted the return or just refunded buyer.
@@GingerMarvinI was wondering if you accepted returns. Do you find it better rather than offering free shipping or free returns?
