Thanks sir for sharing your thoughts. My request please make a detailed video on Monte Carlo simulations, its settings, role of sigma, how much sigma corresponds to how much percentage, how to use the tool reported sigma value when distribution is non gaussian etc. Any more points to better understand and use the monte carlo data will be highly appreciated.

How many points should I take for the global+local Monte Carlo simulation to cover most of the process and mismatch space?

If design is not very big then I would recommend 500 or 1000 runs. For bigger designs I run at least 200 runs.
