Just replaced the high beam / headlight click button on the floor....unfortunately it worked for about 2 night drives....😂 it was a standard motor product....made in china. The only one available in Germany. Now im looking for a motorcraft one.
Nice job. Well done, nice conversion. 🤘🏻

lol, damn, that sucks, sorry to hear about that. Hopefully you can find one and it’ll all be good to go. I’ve never personally had a problem with standard brand but I have no trouble believing that you did especially with it being made in china. Thanks for the compliment and glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.

Just found your channel! Love it. So I have a 65 fastback mustang. I put in a $99 HEI cap from Amazon. Damn thing worked perfect BUT the amount of ridicule at car shows and online … “not a pure ford” I just changed it out when I could afford too

That’s awesome, thanks I really appreciate it. Lol yeah, well if it’s what you like then I say run it man, don’t worry about what other people think. I just changed mine because I’ve always been more partial to the standard old school traditional style but those 70’s/80’s HEI style caps are cool too, like I said though I think you should run what you like, that’s part of the fun of owning a classic car or truck, making it your own. Cool car by the way, my first car was a 68 mustang coupe. Glad you enjoy the content, thanks for watching.

A worthy project. I like using Duraspark but prefer the aesthetics of the smaller points style cap too!

Absolutely, I couldn’t agree more, I love duraspark ignition but really like those old school style caps, always have. Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.

You do realize that they offer an old style one piece cap that has the different style electrodes like the two piece cap don't you?

@@RKPT9 yes I do but I wanted the smaller style cap for the small block 302, which is a one piece cap. I may go back to the two piece after the cleveland, not sure yet. Thanks for the input though, thanks for watching.

@@FastFords289 the cap I am referring to is a small one piece cap. It is the same cap you installed but doesn't require you to change the ends of the plug wires.

@@RKPT9 oh ok gotcha, I knew they made them but never knew where to find them, so thanks for the part number, I’ll have to search that now.
