Red is not nearly my favorite color, but this red with the black rims is really sharp. Looks great! I have a Cactus Gray lariat just about to arrive at the dealership. Hopefully they don't attempt any shenanigans when I go in to close the deal.

Good review, the only comment i have is the hybrid transmission is not a CVT its a ECVT. a CVT is a belt driven transmission, the ECVT is a planetary gear transmission which is much more reliable
Great review. I have a 2022 Lariat Maverick in Area 51.All the bell's and whistles. The door cup holder is supposed to have the bottle snap in tight. So it doesn't move around and fall out when you open the doors. I live it and do get alot of attention with it.
The perfect auto for the average sensible working family man , its a credit to the Ford Motor company to come out with such a vehicle with such a sensible price .
I enjoyed your review very much but it should be noted that the hybrid engine is only available in front wheel drive and in order to get the all wheel drive you must get the Ecoboost engine in any of the trim levels
that was a nice down to earth video. I've not had the opportunity to test drive an EB AWD w/ the 4K, so I was really curious to see how it launched when you needed to get in front of traffic... and wow.. you stepped on it and it did not disappoint!
I have the hybrid version of your truck, same color and all. My only complaint is me, I'm an old guy and the bells and whistles are a little too much. I think my real problem is that I don't drive it enough, I've had mine five and a half months and only have 1500 miles on it. Still learning, especially the hybrid engine. I want to put some decals and the like on it, I've learned that it was built on 8-16-22 and was the 72862 Maverick built. Did the window vents, front bug deflector, tailgate and front hood aides, and Maverick letters on the rear tailgate- mudflaps when the weather breaks. I got mine for MSRP but waited 53 weeks. Everywhere I go someone likes it. Getting 40 + miles per gallon. Have fun with yours!!

Dealer markup is just about the worst money grab I can think of. But this is a popular truck and for good reason!

Just picked up my EB XLT this past week! Loving it already!! Not common on the streets of Toronto so getting tons of attention.

yes water bottle is suppose to be a tight fit. won't fly around during emergency braking.
