I will Put Veg vlogs of Amritsar in Navratras. So I reached Ludhiana and one of subscribers and now a friend suggested me a few places that he thought were the best ones in Ludhiana. The first place that went to is very popular with the name of Parkash Dhaba. They are pretty old and have a famous delicacy called Malai Meat. The recipe runs in the family and they take full pride in it. I went and met the owner Honey who was very cordial and welcoming. I ordered for their Malai Meat, Keema Kaleji, Chicken Tangri, Lemon Chicken, Keema Naan and assortment of breads. They for sure are serving proper dhaba food. Parking is not a problem as the staff will help you in finding one. Pricing is reasonable for the quality being served. I was very happy to see the owner himself cooking which shows the passion behind his work. Check out my reaction to this lovely place.

I Shoaib, really a fan of your vlogs and the way you present and showcase the hidden gems of the Indian cuisine. However, I have noticed one thing that most of the restaurants enhance their dishes by adding a lot of cream in the way similar like the mumbai street vendors does with cheese. It's time that indian cuisines stick to their spices and reduce their dependency on cream, butter and cheese. Keep up the good work Shoaib👍

Once you leave ludhiana for Delhi then in Mandi Gobindgarh there is this famous Swaroop Macchi wala who makes awesome fish fry. It's on the main highway in sub lane on your left side while coming from ludhiana to Delhi.

I lived there for 3 years and have roamed almost each and every corner of hoogly, howrah and murshidabad Districts. Lived in kolkata for 2.5 yrs 6 months lived in dankuni.
But never found the food mouth watering. The place is totally messed up always hot and humid, water shortages and electricity is erratic.

Lovely vlog as always 🙂… In Ludhiana, do visit ‘The Bukhara’ in Sarabha nagar… Speaking from personal experience, never had better tandoori chicken anywhere in India… Plus their Dal Bukhaara is to die for… I have had it for the last 20 years whenever I used to visit my nani (god bless her soul, she passed away in 2019)

Hey shoaib, following you since a long a time now. I am a foodiee as well. There's a Rimpy Gold restaurant in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Earlier it used to be Rimpy. Do give it try. All the dishes are best. I would recommend you to try their Mutton Rogan Josh. Trust me sab fail hai. I have been to all the places but ek hee jagah hai jo mere ghr k mutton ko beat kar paati hai.

Shoiab as a resident of ludhiana, i would recommend you to try their other branch which is near Hambran road , back side of kali mata mandir. They have best food with low prices and good quantity and quality 👍. In addition, owner is a nice person 😊. This branch is really expensive with lots of issues regarding their quantity and quality 👎
