@@AnnaF33 Taylor could not understand womanhood to the depths that Claire writes about in this song, not even in her most vulnerable music. Folklore and anything off of her best like Speak Now lack any deep mature womanly introspection completely. Tay is all ab girlhood, not womanhood and the deep thoughts that come from potential motherhood. There is a reason Taylor is re-recording her old music; she has not grown up and never will. It shows, too. Claire and Lorde with Solar Power are way better but Claire is just eons above all.
