i played these guys for so many of my friends who were not interested in them at all until the breaking bad episode, then all of them were asking me if i had heard of tv on the radio....
yep its funny how 80 percent of the population can dismiss the best music ever just because they havnt heard it on the radio first... for example. that MIA album was out for almost two years and I tried getting all my fiends into, fast forward 2 years later its made into a rap remix and song for the trailer of pineapple express. im not trying to sound like a hipster saying "well I heard it first so I have better taste in music". this is more of an examination of how the majority of the public bases their taste of music based on the popularity of it
Yogan Yog well i woulda loved this song had i ever heard it but it was relatively unknown so unfortunately i heard it first on BB. Breaking Bad not only gave it exposure to a wider audience but for me it's not only a great song but recreates a feeling I had during one of my favorite moments in the series and thus its given further meaning because it can stand alone as great art but is also a contributing factor to another great work of art.
Sometimes you get hit in that funny bone with a song before the mainstream masses need something like breaking bad to help unlock the feeling that was supposed to be felt by this song Be happy you felt that feeling inside you naturally
I heard them first from an old cheesy MMA movie called never back down, Wolf like me- the first song I heard of em and I became a fan right away, I can't say the same for the movie lol
It's a live performance. Probably performed a set before this ( I would imagine this is their end song to play) so give him a break. It's still pretty decent. Gritty, which is the whole point of a live performance. It's not gonna sound like the fuckin' digital version!
@@jammiiee What are the odds this is their first time hearing a live performance? Everyone knows it's not gonna sound the same. Doesn't mean we all have to like every difference either.
I disagree, the different melody sounds very cool, just as cool as the original. Although I don't think this is the best performance, I still really like the way he sings the lalala part.
no man, thats what i mean, the lalala in studio version is the best moment in any song, its wonderful, what i dont like is that he doesnt sing the lala live, you know:
damn, if you can’t sing “la la la-la-la la-la-a” in original manner, just ask anybody. hate when musicians can’t do what they do on record. especially if it’s not hard things to do. looks like this man is a friend of jared leto, but a bit more talented in music
Oh no how dare it not sound like a studio version where everything is layered a dubbed multiple times and mixed professionally - I’m so mad that a live performance isn’t identical to a studio track from half a decade earlier. 😂
lot of people say they dont like this the live version of the song .. i love it. fucking good energy, powerful
Those people hear the expression “well bless your heart, you sweet summer child.” on an almost daily basis.

@@darenonno1794 It's perfect for Breaking Bad, there's a reason it's not known anywhere else
I think they did a pretty good job. His voice sounds pretty decent live. Better than most musicians nowadays
It sounds really good in a lot of the live performances

LA COSA ES BUSCARLE
the track doesn't seem the same without the trumpet
Well, he is probably singing his harmony.
Na na na naaa nananna
I prefer the regular tune of the chorus
i just want to break bad.
Bad ass song!
The lalala is too monotome, kinda ruins it for me
Right!!! Was just thinking the same thing. Plus he's all out of tune n shit

its a difficult song to sing live cuz of the different pitches used in recording studio

Breaking bad 2018
Bomben Shit,....
pfff
poor mix.
very poor mix. that bass synth is totally overpowering
Yes ....there are so many textures to this song that were totally lost . I hope the foh mix sounded better
A poor sound quality
Stay out of my territory...👓😡
I absolutely love this song, but this version sounds so dull and awkward. What a fuckin travesty :(
Breaking Bad s2
Fique fora do meu território
lets coock some math?
I didn't like the lalala
no man, thats what i mean, the lalala in studio version is the best moment in any song, its wonderful, what i dont like is that he doesnt sing the lala live, you know:
yes man, its such a cool thing and he doesnt DO IT, man, that is so lame
It's gotta be the higher pitched one from Breaking Bad, that's the only one that sounds good.
@@rodrigogomes8502 after performing a whole set? Give him a break these songs are hard af to perform live
its cuz they speed up the song when its live...

Imagine who bored are people if they only want to hear the studio version when in live the band are legendary

Wtf lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They are no where near as good live :/
