I wonder if there's any way to easily edit an existing map file,
to make it so that you can use all the Allied special units at once.
_(i.e. Grand Cannon, Sniper, Black Eagle, Paratroopers, Tank Destroyer)_
There are of course some maps where you can do that, but only a few.
The real goal would be an easy way to quickly make any map act that way.

I been playing with the Extra hard AI mod and it was working fine for awhile but i'm starting to notice they arent building as much as they used too (like building 3 war factories) and not sending as much of an army as before(Soviets barely send Kirovs). Any idea why?

I won with ,only. with FranceGreat-Canon, because , too many enemies kill smart mode., For Yuri the lasher tank is too weak, the speed of russian medium tank is too-slow. His bombs are too slow. The prism tank is too good. The Gattling Tank is too weak= 200. The flank-track , his range is too short. You musrt steal repair kit for machine , from Allies'forced.

not bad ...bad why dont you try to play better with prism tanks? you have battle bunker aswell to keep in front of them....this video could have been shorter..upgrade tanks and with fully upgraded prism tanks you can take out any base..their range increases also
