I’ve been watching past Very Merry’s and your new house kind of reminds me of your parent’s house! Also, I could see you adding huge wreath towards the top to the middle of the stone fireplace and a long garland where those big windows are in the living room. Either way, it’s perfect!! If you are having foot issues, wearing supportive shoes inside instead of going barefoot will help a lot. I have a designated pair of shoes that I only wear inside.
Was thinking the same thing. We moved into our house which has all real hardwood floors and I had issues with sore feet and bought a nice pair of supportive house shoes. Never go around without them on inside.

Try Hoka Bondi 8 shoes. It's the only shoe that helps with my planter fasciitis. I can walk all day and night at WDW with no discomfort! So try them they may help. I have hard wood floors,I have to wear slippers constantly, when I get plantar fascia, I stretch my leg out straight, bend toes forward towards me, and stretch, you can feel it in your heel, I do it all the time,it helps it, love hard woods floors but they’re hard on feet, also certain shoes can flare up plantar fasciitis!

When I had plantar faciitis, I filled a soda bottle with water and frozen it and rolled my foot on it for like 10 minutes a day and it really helped.

Yes! I had the worst plantar fasciitis a year or so ago. I now wear Birkenstocks inside, and my foot is so much better. No issues at all.
