I’ve been doing something similar to this for selecting my next books to read. I have at least 50 books that I own and have not read so I selected 35 of them and have a random number generator pick next for me and I don’t have any choice but having that book be the one I read next. Lots that I will not keep and will sell now that I’ve read them but we went from Verity to Don Quixote and it’s fun to get literary whiplash
Finally reading the Chestnut Springs series and I get rhe hypeeeee!! Im so in love with them n currently reading Hopeless. I think im in my cowboy era now and just added Alive and wells to my tbr bcz u liked it!
only when it’s us has no cut throat bc, if i’m not mistaken, the disliking is one sided, especially in the beginning, you’ll understand why and it’s actually funny. i also recommend the other books in the serie, there’s a good representation of the autism spectrum 🥰 the last and seventh book actually comes out tomorrow, so is a complete serie
i'm currently rereading a darker shade of magic and loving it much more the second time. the author has a readalong video on her yt channel where she talks about each part of the book for the whole trilogy, the first video is great to understand the magic system and the world.

totally random, but what were your thoughts on the goldrush ranch series' 3rd book, with Mira and Spencer (maybe)? I feel like I want to skip just because i'm so unsure about both of them, but also who would the 4th book be about, if not introduced in that 3rd book?

Oh my gosh I read unsteady in December and it is a FAVE. And I love hockey romance- it quickly ascended to the top.

Only when it’s us is dislike to lovers for sure, it’s good though, and the series gets better as it goes on, book 2, 5 and 6 are my faves ❤
