Nothing more terrible than achieving a given skill that lose it I achieved the front lever in 9 weeks (I'm 180cm ) than I had an injury in my lower back , when I started working out again I couldn't even do halflay . Any suggestions on how to deal with a lost skill
By program, you don’t really want to be switching exercises regularly, as there is a lot of technique that comes with training certain exercises, of course there are some exception to this rule
