    Awesome video as always! Would you recommend using bands during your volume phase and than slowly transitioning to doing attempts to increase the intensity for the Planche?

    Great video! Thanks for this great info, I will definitely implement this into my planche workout. Also, could you do a video covering wrist and forearm pain in the planche? I have been experiencing some and have now had to stop training.

    Nothing more terrible than achieving a given skill that lose it
    I achieved the front lever in 9 weeks (I'm 180cm ) than I had an injury in my lower back , when I started working out again I couldn't even do halflay .
    Any suggestions on how to deal with a lost skill

    About the tip about exercice selection, is it 3 to 5 exercice by wourkout or more like 3 to 5 exercices by program

      By program, you don’t really want to be switching exercises regularly, as there is a lot of technique that comes with training certain exercises, of course there are some exception to this rule
