I would prefer the throttle assist rather than the cruise control. I’m always afraid I won’t be able to react fast enough to turn off cruise.

Get an Atlas Throttle Lock and solve your problems.🤓👍

Most decent throttles allow you to adjust the friction on the twistgrip to prevent it returning automatically, if you were inclined to do such a daft thing. 😁 No offence an' all but I couldn't imagine an uglier looking device than that 'cruise' control. It looks like something that escaped from 'Saw'.
