George has always had a thing for hats. He comments with wisdom and grace, and appears as if he has gratitude for the opportunities afforded him. A good person. On stage, sight and sound, he was very funky. Him and Dennis.
This is the first interview that I've seen with George Murray. The only problem is that it's too short! He is both well and soft spoken in a way that is really engaging. The two people whose views on the time period of '75-'80, Dennis Davis and George Murray, were the only two musicians whose thoughts, memories, and views of the period in question that I'd never heard before, until now. "When I asked him about Adrian Belew towards the end, he lost his cool..." Oh, I thought he was going to get angry 😅 Glad he was not.
