Wow ! I do not know how to Express my feeling. Believe it or not, I also tried hard to find about him when I used to live in Italy between 1991 and 1994. Unfortunately, no one knew about him in Rome. Up until now, I play his songs in my car in Philadelphia, US. I have a lot of love and respect for him. Infact, I grew up listening his songs. Specially, Sunday morning radio programme does not begin with out Tesfaye Gebre songs. I really appreciate all your efforts to find the truth about him. I always wondered why the current generation singers never play Tesfaye's Gebre songs while they do all other old songs. Hopefully now, they would know more about him and play some of his songs.

Tesfaye Gebre was a shooting star in the Ethiopian music history. I wonder that I have never listen to no media presenting this terrific muscian. This is indeed ' plain backwardness.' We don't know our grandeur past. So is there a gap between generations. Anyways, big thanks to this channel to give us chance to look into our greatness through our great singer- Tesfaye Gebre!!

I heard couple of his music back then when I was seventh grade, and I still remember that I have asked my oldest brother who is Tesfaye Gebre? Unfortunately he couldn't tell enough. Today, thanks to Markos I got all the story after so many years. Effoyy!.. Good job Markos. Thank you!!
