गाय के दूध में विटामिन-ए होता है. विटामिन-ए आंखों की रोशनी को सुधारने में मदद करता है. विटामिन-ए की कमी से आपको रतौंधी, आंखों के सफेद हिस्से में धब्बे जैसी आखों से संबंधित समस्याएं पैदा हो सकती है.
