    I have never had this squash. Is it a very "squashy" flavor in the soup? Would you be able to compare it to something else?

    Okay I do have 50 squash from our garden, but do not know WHEN to do this. Toddler is in "must sit and play with me" mode 90% of the time (and to little to help without help) I feel like I have to miss out on family weekend time to do any bulk cooking, any advice?

      So I actually roasted the squash one day, put it in the fridge for maybe a day or two, then added it to the soup whenever I felt like making the soup. So it’s super flexible. Just do the first step of roasting the butternut squash and then do the rest at another point! It’s tricky though and I totally get the clingy toddler thing. Don’t feel pressured to do anything! Kids need us more :) xxxx

      @@MiaAlexandria okay 😹 I very much appreciate the do it in small steps advice! Your right, THAT I can do! It's hard on soical media sometimes when I see a video and think how can I replicate this!? But my toddler will totally help "do dishes" for 20min while I cut and prep the squash! Thank you for the reply! 💛
