True North Seeds, September 07, 2021

In this video, we highlight the True North Seeds project for Barrich Farms, a premier seed potato storage facility constructed between May and September 2021. This 8,000 square foot agricultural building features an engineered structural steel framework and an insulated metal panel envelope with a 3” overhead door. Our team at Westco Construction meticulously executed every detail, from the concrete foundation and engineered steel structure to the standing seam insulated metal panel roof and hidden fastener wall panels. Additional features include a concrete floor with a trench drain, a precast plenum wall, stainless steel man doors, and a 3” overhead door.
