Ebyssian helped Sabellian doomed us all, Ebyssian did after all agreed with Sabellian's decision to not get the others involved in his mission to defeat Fyrakk by making it prudent that small force of just both the Champion and Ebyssian only to aid him on that mission while stating that it is for the best not to let anyone else get involved. But that was a foolish mistake Sabellian made by having himself, Ebyssian, and the Champion deal with Fyrakk on their own just as it was a foolish mistake for Ebyssian to agree with Sabelliaon and having himself and the Champion help Sabellian deal with the Primal Incarnate of Fire on their own and it not only almost got Ebyssian himself killed, it almost cost the poor Niffen both their lives and their village of Loamm, so therefore both Ebyssian and Sabellian are not fitted to be the new Black Dragon Aspect, and only Wrathion is fit to be the new Black Dragon Aspect courtesy of Medivh himself.

I wonder if Wrathion would be affected by the shadowflame's influence since he is seemingly immune to void corruption. Would be interesting to see a confrontation between him and Fyrakk now.
It's basically confirmed that Ebyssian will become the Aspect - fully deserved btw. Wrathion is too childish and impatient, while Sabellian is living in the shadow of his father. And Ebyssian was not fighting for the throne like those 2 (making either Wrathion or Sabellian the Aspect would hurt the "other party" of people who voted for/chosen the other).
I think Wrathion will be the aspect as his story has pretty much led up to it since he was born. Ebyssian could be a maturing influence that helps him grow into someone worthy of becoming aspect. Though if thats the case then theres a 50/50 chance that Ebyssian dies at during this expac.
@@runcsi100 Sadly I think they will kill someone from the three - I think Sabellian will succumb to darkflame (and will become the corrupted boss maybe in last raid?) or Wrathion will prove/redeem himself and will sacrifice himself for greater good (maybe killing one of the 2 remaining incarnates) or Ebyssian will have a mission with Wrathion similar to one with Sabellian and will die saving him and then Wrathion will finally become the mature aspect? Hard to say, but I'm excited for future chapters - first time in veeeery long time :)
@@Straggler8 I think wrathion is the least likely of the three to die for a couple reasons: 1) He is an infant in dragon years and children dying doesn't feel like a modern wow thing. 2) He is a very well established character at this point (being on par with Khadgar, Baine, etc.), so it would likely take a very big event for them to decide to kill him and something that'll likely not happen in DF. On the other hand i could definitely see Ebyssian redeeming his cowardly past by going out in a blaze of glory or Sabellian being corrupted.

Interesting how they didn't even botter to lip sync the characters this time. Every single in-game cinematic was top notch quality in Dragonflight, even in the "mid-patch". Wonder what happened.

When Dragonflight released, the the first ever in-game cutscenes which you saw during leveling were all already lip synced with much better animations and attention put into them than say... The Battle of Lordaeron in BFA. This trend kept going through the whole expansion until 10.1. Even Forbidden Reach which was not even a full .x patch had the nice cutscene with Ebyssian and the other character. There is none of that in any cutscene in 10.1. Not even the major ones.
Im so confused over whats happening. Didnt N'zoth corrupt Neltharion? Where did this Shadowflame being a seperate entity come from? Did they retcon it and now it has nothing to do with the Old Gods? Or is it trying to implicate the "Older" Gods (Void Lords) now?

Not sure what their plan for Dragonflight is, but it wouldnt suprise me if Fyrakk ends up killing Iridikron, which ends up with us and Vyranoth teaming up to destroy Fyrakk, since he is corrupted. Would be a cool way to make peace between the protodrakes/incarnates and the aspects.

There is indeed no Shadowair, Shadowearth, and Shadowwater, there's not even Earth, Air, and Water either, I only found both Shadowflame and Shadowfrost, I guess that they haven't add Shadowair, Shadowearth, Shadowwater, Earth, Air, and Water to the World Of Warcraft's Schools of Magic yet.

@@mannex5451 the issue is they don't properly streamline quests. Most are reputation dependant on the DF reps I think. So the whole tyr thing doesn't truly happen unless you do the valdrakken rep. I think it's similar for everything else

Well for Wrathion and Ebyssian it does make some sort of sense, they were altered by titan artifacts and had the corruption removed. And as for Sabellian, he’s been off world for years at this point disconnect from the old gods of Azeroth. Maybe with the assurance of his other brothers he can overcome it as well. They need each other to resist that’s why neltahrion failed he bore it alone (plus fully embraced it to defeat the Rhazagath) whereas they are actively working against it. It makes sense you just have to think
Yes, it DO make sense. We cleaned Wrathions egg from corruption of Old Gods. As for other two, they spent HUNDREDS of years, to find the way to overcome the corruption on Drenor. As for any other dragon in the world, Fyrakks breath is now literally lethal and poisonous.
