Anders would never play fullbacks on defending. Not using your fullbacks on a 4-4-2 is like wasting the whole formation and contradiction of the essence of a defensive line of four men.

Let's be fair these 4-4-2 tactics are only working for Anders. The guy is the best player in the world who doesnt even use player lock. That's actually insane. Guy has special talent in playing this game. Says enough he still plays 4-4-2 when it isn't even that good this year. So for me personally is kind of pointless to copy his tactics because you can't copy his playstyle...
