I don't watch a ton of fighting game content but I've seen a bunch of IHeartJustice and love watching him. Prophet however I'd not heard of so I was asking myself "What kind of player is this guy". 30+ seconds of "Hadangeki" spam told me that this was just *that* dude playin. the boring ass Phoenix anchor also spoke for him.
phoenix wright: as a weak character, pick up objects from the ground, throw away trash, while only having a magic girl (and any assists you have) to keep away the cosmic threat trying to ruin you, then land a good snitch finger. your reward: a strong character with excellent damage, a very hype super, but lasts a limited amount of time before you turn into a normal person again phoenix wrong: live long enough for 5 bars, do not lose meter, die as a nimble character with the constitution of a coughing baby. reward: a broken character with burst on activation, projectile spam on all buttons, a boat load of damage, theoretically limited duration (health drain) but the "timer" is paused while x-factor is active, and how are you getting hit while the enemy (victim) will be perpetually in blockstun / hitstun / dead? truly, phoenix needs a lot of skill. somehow the win-con characters turned out quite differently from each other lol
At least Neo calls it what it is at the end, the unblockable. Other guy, "is he going to get the mixup?" A mixup is something that you have a chance of guessing the right answer to, an unblockable is just set ggwp. That said, always happy to see a zero player lose; that character killed marvel hype for me towards the end just like vergil did.
6 years later, I wish character specialists moved to different games. A lot of them stick to one game, and when the scene Diminishes they tend to disappear
I was wondering why the first minute of this video why Iheartjustice was running a basic-bitch S-Tier team instead of his usual Phoenix Wright/Cap/Doc team, turns out the names were mixed up.
Victor Hernández as P.Wright player... He's not that cheap hes pretty much useless when not in turnabout mode.. And compare to zero,morrigan projectile spammers? Yup not that cheap...

Thing with Phoenix anchor is, you know they'll save meter for Dark Phoenix and many times that comes back to bite them at the end.
