Met my guy out in Budapest for the briefest moment, he was filming midsommer. He is like this in real life which is rare, to stay so grounded. Top bloke
I was so engaged, and smiled through almost the entire podcast. I was pleasantly surprised and comforted by Will's level of empathy, kindness and self- awareness. He seems like a very sweet, thoughtful, proper, genuine and compassionate person who has proven himself to be a positive example of a real man. And his voice is very soothing also; it matches his demeanor quite well. His anxiety doesn't seem to inhibit the coherence of his words as much as mine does to me. I could listen to him speak all day. My past is wraught with various kinds of abuse, which have caused my severe general fear of men. It's INCREDIBLY rare for me to get a genuinely safe, warm and captivating feeling from a man. It says A LOT to me that he imprints on me this way. I admit I'm quite exhausted, as well as a bit jaded. My faith in the humanity of white men- the straight and cisgender ones especially- is practically non-existent at this point. So far, Will has earned a fair amount of my respect. He's encouraging his own internal and external work, and using his advantages to help balance the world. He seems to be actively trying to make his best effort to be a good presence in our world. Good on ya, Will. Stay accountable and blessed darling. - because the voice of a young Black Jamerican woman matters 🇯🇲
Jeez mann. How this pod changed my impression from 'that goofy kid from We're the Millers' to this really chill, grounded, down to earth guy who just seems like a friend you know from somewhere. Mad props to him and to you 2 for really bringing that other side in people. Keep doing you. Much love man.
I relate so much to the thing he was saying about identity of being a man and being sensitive and emotional. I don't feel comfortable crying alone because of it. Really Cool guest choice
This is honestly an amazing interview. Not even interview an amazing conversation. Come here because of Will but enjoyed hearing what Poet and Vuj has to say as well as Will. Well done guys smashed it.
'Twas a fine chat 👌🏾 I've always wondered what defines a good actor, like are actors meant to look like they're acting like a character, as directed by the director, or if they're meant to just look like the character the script describes?
@@DavidVujanic Yes, the ultimate Crep Check incoming👟. My man will be rating the wings from ya local donnies Caribbean Joint #PengestMunch #CrepCheck #NoRules
This was a dope interview. Will seems so down to earth. I think the point he made about cultural consumption versus supporting the actual people of said culture is an important topic. I also think there should be a balance of supporting but not being forced to be an activist by social media. I think just being a good person means wanting to look out for each other and he seems to have that mindset. So do I. I really respect the fact that he understands the privileges he has because we all have those "privilege blind spots" in a way. Been a Will Poulter fan for a while now so it's really cool to see him interviewed in a more personal way and not just work related questions.
Love Will have been a huge fan of him for the longest, and i loved this conversation so much! Loved how personal and deep it was. So glad people are seeing what lovely human being he is
Wow, what a deep conversation, alot to think about, lot of insights. Pure gold. Extremely underrated pod. Will maybe need to listen to this one again. Have a nice!
okay real talk poet and vuj wanderers, when vuj mentioned that negative feelings/emotions are not a bad thing and more like a teacher/guide, take it how you want, but i feel like the whole world ending in 2012 on the mayan calendar wasn't suppose to be a physical transformation or destruction of the earth, but just a mere shift in consciousness and the way we think as a collective whole. For you to think were not all connected, ignorance is an option. YNWA
ok so bear with me. listened to the podcast thru app, had no idea who Will is (not so educated on English actors). He sounded like a real deep and thoughtful man, so I had this stereotypical image in my head of who he must be. Now just opened RUclips and went OOHH ITS THAT BOY FROM NARNIA. still mad respect, a great conversation
I'm halfway through and I think this is the best one! Shout Will bro! Saw this guy when I was a kid on the big screen of Narnia loool. Hated your character but loved your acting

I have never seen this man with a whole lock of hair. I've always seen him bald or buzzed looking like the antagonist in Toy Story 1.
