My interpretation is:
The girl lives in a small community where everyone obey the priest (the old women) which is the leader of the community. The child is tired for they way of living: working all day long so they have the permission to eat, follow the rituals and have such a mechanic life. She finds the car and finds out that it can be her way out of that place. She tries to convince her mother to join to her possible freedom but the mother instead, shows no interest of leaving and in fact, I think that she is scared of discovering the things out of her community. The priest arrives and takes out the keys; she doesn't want them to have their freedom as she gets all she needs from the community.
At last, they make a fire in which the symbol of Klingade is; so Klingande, as the key, represents the freedom. :)
Miguel Angel Lara Calderón I would just like to add that the girl most probably was burnt in the fire. When the community elder closes her eyes on someone that person gets killed, showed with the person who didn't collect enough berries. So I guess you could say that the girl found freedom in death? Still, a very perculiar video.

I also thought that the video might talk about a totalitarian government in which no one can express what they feel and they are subjected under the decisions of only one person.

The video is about a cult of people and a girl who finds a way out for her mother and herself. The old lady runs the place and they all drink and hop up on drugs to become more spiritual. The first bonfire they're all dancing about is because of the one guy who doesn't come back with enough berries. The girl shows her mother the key to the car and the way out, but her mother betrays her and as a result they burn her. The old lady is much more upset during the second bonfire because the little girl was clearly the best at picking berries and her favorite, but she still had to do what the cult does. At the end of the video all that is left is the necklace the girl took from the car.
