Played against it a lot today on ladder and I can confirm dying consistently on turn 4-5 or getting double time out is not super fun to play against 😭. More just annoying because it’s difficult to interact with due to it being a spell so stuff like rat doesn’t work
The simple nerf would just be (up to 10) on holy wrath Second option would be to make ceaseless expanse a textless 6 mana 6/7 common card that gets resummoned by Kingpin Pud

You can play some counters like mage with ice block and the thing that make you hit 1 damage at a time, you can play some stuff like otk demon hunter and try to find glide as fast has you can so you delay their otk, and there is probably few decks or cards that can make it not playable

holy wrath is a wild card, it won't get banned, if the deck needs to be nerfed they'll simply change the card (or order in the court)
They dont really ban wild exclusives unless theyre bugged, probably just revert order
