You don't need to include L only (ctrl+windows+shift+b). It only refreshes or "reset" your gpu, it doesn't really increase your fps but it can help it become stable again.
@@jera123 sometimes when you do refresh your gpu it freezes or it makes your screen go black but it will eventually comeback, maybe its because you don't have a ssd, updated drivers, or enough ram to carry out tasks like that

This actually does work I tried it on the finals because I was getting terrible frames and stuttering. This is the first time I’ve seen my FPS counter in the green but no telling if it’s actually gonna be playable now
Bruh thank you for this tip from I was having 60fps and all my graphics settings are how they are no apps in the background screwing with my cpu or gpu. Like my computer was fun untill I hit the FN and fan control speed and my fps randomly went up. Keep in mind I did check armourycrate to see if my gpu was in eco mode or what ever mode it was on and it was set to standard like always but I still had low fps at the time untill I changed fan speeds 😂😂 like wtf is up with that but this GPU reset tip should also help.
I have a 3090 and i cant get more then 160 frames when inplay longer it drops to 110-120 i dont know wat to do. Have done all the settings they have on the internet. Very frustrating.

You system is probably running hot. This game is very CPU based. Lot of people are bottleneck by their motherboard and their RAM and CPU and PSU don't get the full use out of there GPU. Example you have ddr4 ram and it's running at 2400mhz u switch it to 3200 mhz if motherboard allows it can make huge difference. A lot of people don't realize when they do a bios update or firmware update it resets your hardware settings to default.

The game stuttering is not caused by a graphics driver issue, it depends on what location you install your game in. If it's on HDD, well, get ready for extreme stuttering because ATS stutters a lot.

@@haidar_ezo that is a good cpu u can reduce the clock speed through power options and u can edit the advanced cfg file located in documents and set it to half your cores i myself have a 6 core cpu and run warzone very well on ultra 1080p
about 3 days ago in every game my laptop just started droping frames in like csgo it drops frames for 1 round and then its back to normal but in sea of thieves in the outposts and such i get from 30 fps and down to 20 or 15 in most games i play its playable but sometimes i really feel it. i had this issue but it was quite a bit diferent beacause it droped from 60 fps to 5 maybe someone can tell me why. i have non gamin laptop intel uhd620 i5 8th gen 8gb ram
nah bruh i was getting 20 fps in forza horizon 5 after i did this it remained on 20 lol no difference (my pc sometimes run it on 90 fps as it should i got i3 10100 and rx 5600 xt)

Warning: doing this in games that shrink the size of the screen like team fortress 2 or cs:go could fuck up the games textures untill you reload

Update: the gpu reset helped. it's at least playable now but I still have randoms frame drops, anything else I can do to make it smoother?
