Andrea when I first watched this video about a year ago I was so mad and fustrated cause the wrap looked so easy n yet I couldn't get it to look right but now since I have bin wrapping almost a good year I can just look at a video n know right away what am doing. I learned it's all about understanding what material scarf u need to do certain wraps, thanks for all your help.
Update: I DO wrap my scarves this way now, except that, instead of ticking the corners, I make sure I have enough of the corner on each tail to tie them together in a double knit after I wrap them both. It's more secure than tucking them. I o not use a shaper. This Works for my cotton crocheted really large triangle scarves as well, and leaves a similar look, but not exactly the same. Your tutorial was very helpful 😊
Due to Covid pandemic,I have been covering my hair with a scrub hat while working in the hospital to protect my hair.I checked all the videos on how to make a volumizer cap.Your instructions on how to use a scarf is very informative and easy to follow.I have been using big handkerchief but this video enlighten me to use my scarves,I got lots which I paid for 5 dollars each way back .thank you
Beautiful! I just did it. Thanks for sharing. I also bought a bunch of new scarves from your web site. I am excited and cant wait to try them. G-d bless you :)
Ah! I thought that was what you'd done when I saw the Countess tichel go up yesterday - very pleased with myself for figuring it out. It looks great and now I want one even more, I just have to decide on a color.
Hi Dear Andrea: soy de la Ciudad de Mexico y no hablo mucho ingles; seria posible q a tus videos les pusieras subtitulos para que las personas que estamos en la misma situacion entendamos lo que dices?! :)
Thank you for this tutorial. I have a triangle scarf I crocheted that I can a achieve almost the same look with, but Im struggling to achieve itcwith scarves similar to yours. I bought cloth ones because my crocheted ones get dtretched out too easily and so I want them to be not my every day scarves. I will try this.
@followshisway if you have one of those scarves that has really long side points, kind of likea large shawl would, you can do it pretty much the same way. it does end up with a more layered look in the back, and tapered because of the center point. I crocheted dome head scarves gor myself that are big enough to wear as a shawl, and they have lots gaps between the stitching because of the pattern, and I am still able to cover all of my hair when I rap it that way, and it stayss secure
Hi, Faelwyn! Fear not! We have a similar scarf with silver detailing! It is called "Your Highness" and it is a sister scarf to the Countess tichel which is shown in this video. Take a look at it here: www.wrapunzel.com/product/your-highness/.
Love this style. Please bring back the countess scarf

How do you recreate this with a triangle scarf?

Wrapunzel Ladies Thank you!
Gorgeous !
I found out that the best way to get it looking more like a veil is to just tie it with your hair down.

I detest when I see covered women but you make it so cool. Congratulations and respect.
Why do you detest us? I mean no disrespect I just really want to know.
That sounds harsh and unnecessary.
Dude is covering should mean nothing to you. If women wearing scarf offends you then you must not have many problems.
