Wow, can you believe just two years ago very few people knew anybody on our football team. Now everybody knows Travis and Shedeur. So proud of both of these young men for how they represent us.
I wish we could. We saw the finalists for maybe 45 minutes today and none of it was behind the scenes. It was all in front of cameras for photos with the trophy/watches and then the press conferences.
Then you dont get it. You are completely right if you take them away from their teams, they probably wouldn't be good but lets break down skill sets. Tell me in your opinion take the team aspect out who is the best athlete between the 3 that should win the heisman? Tavis vs Ashton? Tavis wins to many skill sets. Travis vs Ward agian travis wins again to many skill sets.
Why is Travis Hunter so overhyped? Call me crazy but if you are supposedly the best player in college football on both sides of the ball, you play a SOS that is ranked in the 70s, and you have zero outstanding teams in your conference, you should be at least making your conference championship game right? Not to mention your QB was in the top 10 for heisman voting as well. If Deion Sanders wasn’t the coach, Travis hunter wouldn’t be getting nearly as much attention as he is because he simply isn’t that outstanding. Great player don’t get me wrong, but if you take him away from Colorado they probably end up with the same amount of wins this season. You take a guy like Ashton Jeanty or Cam Ward away from their teams, and they easily lose 3-4 more games.
They finished tied in their conference. A four way tie for 1st and didn’t make it so the tiebreaker rules. Granted they had their opportunity to take control but they still finished with the same record. They beat both teams that beat ASU. The big12 was the toughest conference top to bottom in the country. Considering Travis Hunter literally won CU a game by forcing a fumble on the goal line shows that your take is biased and sheyit

Can u guys give us a tour after the trophies are placed? For the fans that can't make it to boulder
Brian this means both Shedeur and Travis will be up on the facade on the West side of the stadium right?
Quanell Farrakhan Jr. will be the next BUFF to play both sides of the ball.
