Surveillance Team in Justice can also thwart Shopping Spree
I would take a look at containment strategy in protection for her. Its not a hero action response or a hero thwarting so i think it should work because it just says remove threat after defending. Might be viable for her when running protection for her shopping spree
After watching poor D20 bashing his head against the Jubilee wall last night, this should be interesting.
If Jubilee ally has a blank text box because of lost child attachment, does she then just get discarded since “victory” is no longer there?

What are the official rules for Jubilee ally when playing Julie hero? Same with Magneto in the future 🤷🏼♂️ I’ll just ignore it but it’s weird
Jubilee looks fun but with flaws. Project Wideawake seems like on of the worst scenarios to play her in. Still very enjoyable Gameplay.
Jubilee seems very underwhelming. Her kit looks too expensive for what it does
She is a control character... and this is anti-control villain (Steady on Phase 2, Stalwart on Phase 3).
the only expensive card in her kit is wolverine, and she has a bunch of doubles to pay of them
