Great videoSorry if I missed it but what's your hook of choice for sole? I fish chaple area and heard there's loads there but not had one yet
size 2 sea match specials but squash it in a bit, and offset the hook

my 16 inch sole caught at seaford a couple of weeks ago now , was caught using a 2 hook clipped down rig with size 1 hooks ,, kamasan long shank

What rig was you using Tony please
It was a 2 up 1 down portsmouth loop rig. You will see it a lot in recent videos, its also in episode 2 of the rig building with Gerald videos.
